Important Notice

Practice Name Change
We would like to inform our patients that Dr Palacin Surgery will soon be known as Shoebury Practice.

This change will not affect your registration, appointments, medical records, or the care you receive.

Thank you for your continued support.

Norton Place has now been approved to be the Southend East PCN build for the next 12 months.

Appointments are now available Monday-Friday with Nurses and Health Care Assistants.

Appointments are also available for Health and Wellbeing, Hypertension and Mental Health Nurses.
