SURGERY TIMES

Both reception desks are open on weekdays between 8.00am and 6.30pm.

Both practices offer morning and afternoon consultations. Times may vary; please go to the 'How Do I' section for more details.

NHS WALK-IN CENTRE

The nearest walk-in centre is St. Luke's on Patile Avenue. It is open seven days a week between 8.00am and 8.00pm.

Out of hours - telephone your practice number and you will be given the appropriate contact details. In a life-threatening situation also dial 999 another option is to
ring NHS Direct on 0845 4647 www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk for helpful advice.

The doctors are on duty from 8.00am to 6.30pm weekdays. If it is an emergency and cannot wait until the next surgery, please telephone the surgery and you will be given a number to call.

The out-of-hours direct line number is 0845 850 2783. Commissioned by South East Essex Primary Care Trust, the out-of-hours services is operated by care UK, Essex Ambulance Services and NHS Direct.
