ACCESS
The health centre
is well equipped for the disabled. There is a reserved parking space at the rear
of the building and wheelchair access is via the front entrance. Patient services
are all provided at ground floor level. A disabled patients' WC is provided.
PARKING
There
is a car park behind the surgery.
NON-NHS SERVICES
Like any professional, your doctor is entitled to charge a fee for any work that
does not fall under the umbrella of the NHS. This includes private health care
insurance forms, private sick notes, holiday cancellation forms, HGV medicals
and many others.
Fees start at £15 and increase according to the amount
of work involved and the degree of responsibility taken. Please ask at reception. Please contact
reception to arrange an appointment with the nurse to discuss your requirements.
